Adelvo ("we", "us", "our") operates the website adelvo.io and develops software products for media production professionals. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable data protection regulations.
Our principle: We collect as little personal data as possible. This website does not use analytics, tracking, advertising, or user accounts.
LLT Mobile (iOS app): Because the mobile app has different data flows (microphone, cloud speech providers, in-app purchase), it is covered by a separate policy: Privacy Policy for LLT Mobile.

When you purchase a license through Paddle, we receive limited order data from Paddle to fulfill your license, including your email address and order reference. We use this solely to deliver and manage your software license.

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
We do not have access to your full payment details (credit card numbers, bank account details). We only receive limited transaction data necessary for license fulfillment.

This website uses self-hosted web fonts (DM Sans, Space Mono). No external font services are called, and no data is transmitted to third parties for font rendering.

Our product pages and the home page show a badge from PeerPush (Kriptonio Technologies d.o.o., Ivana Mestrovica 35, 10360 Zagreb, Croatia), a directory for software products. The badge image is loaded directly from peerpush.com so that it shows the current ranking (for example “Trending”). When your browser loads the image, it transmits your IP address and the usual request data (browser type, time, referring page) to PeerPush and its content delivery provider (Cloudflare). The badge sets no cookies and runs no scripts. Clicking the badge takes you to the product’s page on peerpush.com.

The Directors Plan page, the Directors Plan manual and the home page offer our tutorial video, which is hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The video is embedded so that it only loads when you click it: until then, only a preview image from our own server is shown and no connection to YouTube is made.
When you click, the player is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com (YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode). From that moment, YouTube receives your IP address and the usual request data (browser type, time, referring page), may store information on your device and may transfer data to Google LLC in the USA. We have no influence on this processing.
