Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
All Adelvo software products come with a free trial, so you can evaluate the software before buying. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund through Paddle.
To request a refund, please visit paddle.net, enter the email address you used for the purchase, locate your order and select "Request Refund".
