1. Overview

Adelvo Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates the website adelvo.io and develops software products for media production professionals. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable data protection regulations.

Our principle: We collect as little personal data as possible. This website does not use analytics, tracking, advertising, or user accounts.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

This website is designed to minimize data collection. We do not use:

  • Analytics or tracking tools (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Matomo)
  • Advertising networks, retargeting, or behavioral profiling
  • User accounts, registration, or login systems on this website
  • Cookies for tracking or advertising purposes
  • Social media tracking pixels or embedded social media content
  • Fingerprinting or device identification techniques

4. Data We Collect

4.1 Server Log Files

Our hosting provider (Strato AG, Germany) automatically collects server access logs for security and operational purposes. These may include:

  • IP address (anonymized where possible)
  • Date and time of the request
  • Browser type and operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Pages accessed
  • HTTP status code and data volume transferred

This data is not combined with other data sources and is automatically deleted after a limited retention period. Legal basis: Legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for ensuring website security and stability.

4.2 Local Storage (Browser)

4.4 Software License Data

When you purchase a license through Paddle, we receive limited order data from Paddle to fulfill your license, including your email address and order reference. We use this solely to deliver and manage your software license.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Paddle (Payment Processing)

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

We do not have access to your full payment details (credit card numbers, bank account details). We only receive limited transaction data necessary for license fulfillment.

5.2 Fonts

This website uses self-hosted web fonts (DM Sans, Space Mono). No external font services are called, and no data is transmitted to third parties for font rendering.

Note: If self-hosted fonts fail to load, your browser's system fonts will be used as a fallback.

5.3 No Other Third-Party Services

We do not embed or use any other third-party services on this website, including CDNs, social media embeds, chat widgets, push notification services, or A/B testing tools.

6. International Data Transfers

Adelvo Inc. is a US corporation. Some data (such as email communications) may be processed in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable
