This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Adelvo ("Licensor") for the use of Adelvo software products ("Software").
By downloading, installing, or using any Adelvo Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Software.
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax/VAT, billing support, refunds, and chargebacks.

This EULA applies to all Adelvo software products, including:
Each Adelvo software product is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Adelvo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of devices specified at purchase.
Trial licenses are provided free of charge for evaluation purposes and may be time-limited or feature-limited. Trial licenses are for personal evaluation only and may not be used in commercial production environments.
Unless otherwise stated, a purchased license grants you the right to use the Software on the number of devices specified at purchase. Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted.

All Software, including its source code, documentation, graphics, and associated materials, is the intellectual property of Adelvo and protected by copyright and trademark law.
"Adelvo", "Directors Plan", "MDE — Mix Desk EQ", "Volume Balance", and "LLT" are trademarks of Adelvo.
This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You receive only the license rights expressly granted herein.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Software at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adelvo's total liability for any claims arising from or related to this EULA or the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
In no event shall Adelvo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in this EULA affects your statutory consumer rights.
For digital content that is immediately made available, by downloading or otherwise acquiring the product, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.
For EU consumers, online dispute resolution is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
For consumers residing in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence shall apply in addition.
We may update this EULA from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes affecting existing license holders, we will provide notice via email or through our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
